Russell Gas is a family business now going for 4 generations originally a dairy business from nearby Larbert which then grew with Calor Gas distribution before acquiring The Mower Centre in 1996 when the founder retired. Originally (and often still remembered as) Boats & Mowers it was founded in it’s present premises in 1973
We were one of the first in the UK to sell Honda mowers when they were introduced and still service some of them bought in the late 1980s! We have retained our strong links with Honda and developed as an agent for some of the biggest names in the business like Mountfield, Stiga, Countax, Echo and Allett. We now sell and repair mowers in all three Russell Gas & Mower Centre branches in Larbert, Stirling and Edinburgh.
